At Shaw Trust we help give people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance providing services to support them in custody and in the community. We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of Hub Host. In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors, and for enquiries in person and via telephone. You will lead site administration, including having responsibility for managing referrals and bookings, petty cash, gathering feedback, monitoring security on site, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll ensure the hub looks welcoming, and that meeting rooms are prepared for daily bookings.

In this role you will work at our hub in Portsmouth.

Proven ability to provide best-in-class service to all clients, both internal and external, with a professional and efficient telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills, with a dynamic and self-motivated approach to prioritising tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily Hub activities.
Competence in using office systems to book and manage referrals, and to monitor and update compliance records.
