About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Host in Portsmouth. As the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, you will be responsible for leading site administration, managing referrals and bookings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both internal and external, with a professional and efficient telephone manner.
  • Manage referrals and bookings, petty cash, and gather feedback to ensure the smooth operation of daily Hub activities.
  • Monitor security on site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for daily bookings and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide best-in-class service to all clients, with a professional and efficient telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a dynamic and self-motivated approach to prioritising tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily Hub activities.
  • Competence in using office systems to book and manage referrals, and to monitor and update compliance records.
