Shaw Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Specialist in the East of England and Southeast of England.
As a CFO Hub Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub. You will provide high-quality support and guidance, facilitating the engagement of participants in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants and provide individualized support to help them overcome complex needs and achieve their goals.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organizations, to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
- Monitor and report on participant progress, working to targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide community-based support and manage a caseload independently.
- Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
- Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
- Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
- 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday.
- 2 days paid volunteering leave each year.
