General Practice Manager , you will oversee an audit portfolio and serve as a primary client contact, ensuring the delivery of multiple assignments within agreed deadlines. Manage a diverse client portfolio, maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead audits (75%), prepare accounts (15%), and manage corporate tax (10%) for assigned clients.
Demonstrate leadership by supporting office management and mentoring team members.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to trainees and junior staff.
Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
Minimum 2 years of experience managing people and audit portfolios in a professional services environment.
Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
