Senior Accountant - General Practice Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our General Practice team in London. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and leading small to medium size audits from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare statutory accounts for a wide range of clients, including Limited Companies and FRS 102 accounts
  • Draft corporation tax computations and lead small to medium size audit assignments
  • Deal with client queries, technical research, and HMRC queries
  • Supervise juniors and review their work

Requirements:

  • ACA qualification with at least three years of experience in a small or medium size accountancy firm
  • Experience of preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and leading small to medium size audits
  • Ability to work in a mixed general practice role and supervise juniors
  • Proficiency in a wide range of software packages, including Caseware
