Location - Hybrid, Crawley/Home, with occassional travel to other locations

As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR employment relations advice to employees and line managers. You will play a key role in upskilling managers in people-related activities and guiding them through HR processes. Case management, including investigation, disciplinaries, and grievances, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

This is a hybrid role, working between their Crawley office and home, with some occasional travel to other locations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe packages
  • Strong analytical skills
  • CIPD qualified or working towards it
