The Opportunity:

The Senior Sales Operations Manager is required to support across a series of workstreams within the Sales & Aftersales function, helping to drive projects of various complexities and timelines forward to completion. You will work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Product, Pricing, Brand, CX and Financial Services to deliver an outstanding regional offer.

This role will support the VP Sales and 'Heads of' across the team, working agilely to advance several business priorities in tandem, working on Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems and Outbound Logistics in the immediate term.

What you will do:

  • Assist in building out the core capabilities and configurations required for enterprise systems that will enable customers and colleagues to navigate the end-to-end Sales journey with zero friction, defining a suite of systems to ensure a first class digital & physical experience is delivered every time.
  • Help to build, develop and enhance our network development strategy for launch markets, aiding in the development of materials that will support the final board presentation or be used as a point of reference in future market launches. Ready to embrace an ever-changing landscape where more questions will surface as we try to launch a brand in competitive markets.
  • Plan for future end-to-end Outbound Logistics process for finished vehicles, identifying partners, understanding their capabilities from factory line to handover point, as well as defining market-specific processes at receiving ports to ensure safe passage of finished vehicles to customers.
  • To scope within Financial Services, key players, products, services and legislative requirements for each of the 'core' markets we wish to enter. This will act as a building block to support the VP of Sales make Introductions to these key players as the operating structure is developed.
  • Support departmental heads within Sales & Aftersales, map and develop customer journeys incl. initial view on Retail theatre, this will be working in close collaboration with CX & Innovation to ensure these journeys are built with the customer and what is possible from a Sales & Aftersales perspective.

We would like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations management within the automotive industry, with a minimum of 6 years’ experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with first class attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry landscape.
