The role is a Junior PA/Office Assistant with 1+ years of office admin / TA experience, who will be joining a friendly, approachable, and very social team. You will be based in their stylish offices in central London, 5 days a week.

If you have a keen interest in luxury properties and HNWs and you want to progress your career quickly, this role is for you.

Tasks will include:

  1. Proactive office administrative tasks including the weekly office food shop, answering phones, travel and accommodation bookings
  2. Management of the team’s expenses
  3. Front of House and meeting room management; welcoming clients and guests, preparing the rooms
  4. Sourcing client gifts
  5. Key client document collation and management
  6. Enrolling in company training which covers proofreading, contact database, land registry
  7. Obtaining building survey quotes from surveyors for clients

It will suit someone proactive and organised, who enjoys getting stuck in and is bright, confident, and upbeat. No previous experience in property is needed.
