As a Production Manager you will uphold company standards of excellence in workmanship. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, production teams, the creative team, and onsite installation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical proficiency in joinery, and effective team management. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Holidays: 22 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Salary: £40,000 to £43,000, plus an annual bonus scheme.
