Purpose of the Role
To manage and improve products, and ensure their effective execution. Accountabilities
Manage and improve products using agile methodologies to monitor metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction; support the development of roadmaps to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers, and technology teams to align the product vision and development process. Utilize market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify new products, features, or enhancements. Develop and execute reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers. Execute user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Understand and ensure adherence to obligations and responsibilities as pertains to Consumer Credit Lending regulation, ensuring our products deliver good customer outcomes, prevent customer harm, and provide a high standard of care to help customers better manage their finances. Assistant Vice President Expectations Consult on complex issues; provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues. Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done. Perform work closely related to other areas, requiring understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization sub-function. Collaborate with other areas of work, business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and strategy. Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external, to solve problems creatively and effectively. Communicate complex information, which could be sensitive or difficult to relay due to content or audience.
