Head of Business Development role for an international law firm with a great culture and phenomenal client base. This newly created role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and creative business development team, and is somewhere you can really make a valuable contribution. Working closely with the BD Director and wider business services teams, the role will be instrumental in delivering on the firm’s growth strategy through its distinctive sector focus.
Shaping and implementing the firm's BD plan to target, win and grow profitable business from key sectors, practices, and clients.
Working with sector heads and BD leads to drive growth through a distinctive sector focus, developing innovative ways to deliver on sector objectives and revenue generation.
Working with practice BD leads to develop and implement targeted BD growth programmes to drive revenue and take market share.
Working closely with the BD operations team to create efficiencies in operating processes, increasing the speed, quality and consistency of BD activities.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to persuade, influence, execute and deliver. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone in the Legal BD profession who is either a Head of BD in a smaller firm or an experienced Senior BD Manager ready to step up. In addition, you will demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills alongside high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
