Provide dedicated casemanagement for adhoc complex cases ensuring there is a clear audit ofsteps being taken and monitoring the delivery of resolutions
Draft high-quality responses for Stage 2 complaints and workwith respective directors to meet statutory timelines.
Lead on investigating andresponding to complex cases, including Stage 2 complaints, highprofile ME’s and ombudsman cases.
Support the Council tomeet performance targets and regulatory requirements throughproactively monitoring and reporting on performance and compliancewith the Housing Ombudsman Code
Experience incomposing thorough and professional complaint responses
Experience working in councils or housing associations
Contract
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
