The Technology Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the team in efficiently purchasing and managing inventory of goods and services necessary for the effective operations. Responsible for the vendor management process in IT.
Maintain accurate records of all IT vendor management activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and usage levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the IT team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Proven experience working in an administrator role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
A working understanding of IT systems and outsource relationships.
Communication qualities to drive relevant BAU support and to direct live incidents and change initiatives.
