A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop specialty healthcare professionals in the UK, are now recruiting a Senior Training Administrator in a new position, to join an established team.

This is a permanent, full time role and offers flexible working hours and a hybrid working policy of working in the office 1 or 2 days per week. The salary will be appointed at £25,300. Benefits include an enhanced pension scheme, healthcare assistance, generous annual leave, retail discounts and a dedicated learning and development offer.

As the Senior Training Administrator, you will support the administration of specialist learning programmes for medical professionals who are seeking to improve their career development and qualifications.

Key tasks:

- Assisting in the development of a specialist medical education project
- Providing administrative support including arranging webinars and virtual meetings as required
- Using the ePortfolio and other learning systems to administer registration and support of specialist projects
- Assisting with the recruitment, induction, training and monitoring of Assessor training.
- Working closely with Training Officers and senior members of the Training Development and other key stakeholders

To be considered, you will have:

- experience of administration within a relevant environment such as healthcare, medical education, professional membership associations or higher education

If you have experience using a membership database system (CRM) or have supported medical professionals previously, this will be an advantage.
