A leading Real Estate business are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.

Reporting into the Credit Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume and value ledger. Chasing debt, deciding when to escalate to the Bad Debt Controller, building relationships with your contacts and more.

Your main duties will include:

  • Managing & Collecting Debts.
  • Adhere to all credit control processes and develop where necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts throughout the business and with clients
  • Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation
  • Holding meetings to review client debt
  • Recommend bad debt write offs where needed
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Partner the business to reduce debt position
  • Recording of all chasing activity

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Credit Control role managing a high volume ledger.
