This is a field-based role, working Monday - Friday, attending clients to close deals in person.
Maximise sales conversion by delivering an outstanding service every time and working with our post-survey sales team to nurture every opportunity;
# Drive Average Sales Price by finding the perfect door based on customer needs;
# Help test and embed key operational processes and best practices, driving continuous improvement and growth;
# Unlock local self-generated growth through local initiatives;
# Exceed our customers' expectations by providing outstanding customer service and 'the perfect survey experience';
# Work with our installations teams to ensure a joined-up approach to the customer journey and ensure surveys are accurately carried out to company standards and guidelines.

The successful candidate will attend 20-30 surveys per week, which will primarily be provided to you. This role includes completing measurements, providing a detailed quote, closing the sale, and working with our teams to nurture every opportunity. Full training will be provided, but some trade background would be beneficial.
Proven first-class track record in direct-to-consumer sales (at customers' homes), preferably in home improvements;
# Valid driver's license;
# Ability to travel daily (this job is on the road);
# Experience in some form of field sales.
