Are you currently looking for an exciting new opportunity within the IT industry? Concept are currently recruiting for IT Configuration / Assembly Technician's in Stoke on Trent on a monthly rolling contract basis.You will be working for a leading IT services company completing assembly and configuration to our clients bespoke Self-Checkout and Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems. You will be working for a leading IT services company configuring and assembling multiple types of bespoke Self-Checkout and Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems for leading supermarkets chains across the UK.
Working in a specialist workshop environment alongside supportive and experienced technicians.
Other workshop duties will be required, i.e. moving hardware and loading / unloading equipment and boxes ready for distribution and activity.
You may be required to support with installations of IT software on the EPOS equipment, alongside supporting with computer hardware, routers, networks, switches, hubs etc and testing of the equipment.
Assisting with quality control/unit testing
Full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate is a driven and enthusiastic individual willing to adapt and learn within an industry leading IT company
Experience completing configuration / build's specifically to Electric Point of Sale Equipment is desirable, however not essential
Ability to pass vetting check which includes full criminal and financial background checks
Working Hours and rates?

Working hours are Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)
