£45-£53k pro-rata(so £36-£43K for a 4 day week) + benefits. Offered on a 3 or 4 day basis. We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic HR Manager for a 30 strong UK top 3 rated technology PR agency (PR Week survey of technology media) going through a period of exciting growth. This is a newly created position that you can really make your own. You'll be using your experience to put into place various employee and internal processes, so an exciting time to join a creative and fun PR agency.

As HR Manager, you will report to the Directors and work closely with the Operations Director and Head of Finance.

The Role

  • Recruit, retain and nurture the team.
  • Ensure their unique culture is not lost as the PR agency grows.
  • Push the PR agency to be an employer of choice and a great place to work.
  • Put in place on-boardingpractices.
  • To be a mentor and advocate of mental health practices.
  • Create thestrategy for the HR department.

    The role will see you implement new HR policies and be a key part of the growth of the agency. The directors will look to you for guidance on HR initiatives and you will have full autonomy within your role, making sure that the HR strategy is implemented.

You will need to be an experienced HR Manager who has worked either in a PR, Advertising, Marketing or recruitment agency. You will understand the agency life, you’ll be empathic, lots of positive energy and you will be someone who embraces collaborative working.

The Rewards
