Business Operations Admin Manager

You will be responsible for managing customer queries, assisting with onboarding practices, and handling sensitive data and documentation.
Being on the front-line of our customer support operations – helping our customers to get the most out of our platform. This includes on the phone and chat support.
Handling and organising sensitive data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
This includes specific improvement projects as well as day-to-day operations.
Help facilitate a seamless user onboarding process. Assist users in completing necessary documentation and requirements for account setup.
Sharing insights on operational pain points and suggestions for optimising the business processes
Ensure that onboarding processes adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
Support with financial operations including managing customer payments, financial reporting and audits.
General Team Administrative Support- helping to organise team events and sessions where needed.
Right to Work in the UK: Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom (Citizenship, ILR, a valid work visa, etc).
Data Privacy Awareness: Understanding of data protection regulations and commitment to data security.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using various software applications and platforms.
