As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy for Scotland and the North East.

About the RoleAs our Regional Sales Manager for the Scotland & North East England area, you will:
- Build new end-user relationships whilst nurturing and growing your existing portfolio of clients.
- Develop the new business pipeline sales strategy with support from the sales team.
- Have the ability and skills required to actively find new business at end-user level, working independently.
- Target markets such as Education, FM, Hospitality, Food, Office, Local Government, and Sports stadiums.
- Proactively engage with existing distributors to evaluate ongoing needs and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct gap analysis and proactively manage, maintain, and grow accounts.
- Develop strong working relationships and an understanding with key decision-makers in our customers' businesses.

The requirements of a Regional Sales Manager include:
- Live within a commutable distance of your region
- Proven experience in driving sales performance working at end-user level
- Confident at cold calling and telesales
- Personable and confident with excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with proven strategies to manage working independently and remotely from the main team
- Experience working to KPIs, targets and deadlines
- Analytical with good IT skills
- Knowledge of the paper industry is preferable
