Acting as the first tier of pre-sale support, excellent customer service in conjunction with top quality engineering and problem-solving skills are essential.

Provide team and individual performance reports to line manager.
Maintain and develop technical service with support from line manager.
Ensure the team produces accurate quotations relating to the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation range.
Ensure resource allocation to support customers, sales departments and other internal functions.
Ensure the teams provides accurate, concise, well written, technical advice that consistently meet quality standards.
Track, benchmark and develop technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintained and Pre-sales team is aligned.
Training support for customers and account managers.
Be the first point of contact with other departments for technical support.
Achieve key performance indicators.

3 years experience within Air to Water Heat Pump industry.
~ Experience on management or team leading.
~ Excellent understanding of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, water-based heating systems and their application.
~ Knowledge of building regulations.
~ IT literate with Microsoft office packages.
~ Organizational and time management skills.
~ Excellent business sense and commercial awareness.
