This is a permanent HR Advisor role working with a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced, friendly, and supportive environment. The role of our HR Advisors isto provide innovative specialist advice on allaspects of HR policies andprocedures to colleagues at all levels across the organisation. Each HR Advisor has their own portfolio of Schools and Services within the business and a range of subject matter expert areas. About you : You don’t have to have worked in Higher Education to apply for this role, but you will possess experience of effectively managing extensive and multifaceted employee relations caseloads in an HR environment within a large, complex organisation. You will also have extensive experience of supporting and advising managers on the operational and HR implications of change.

You understand the importance of confidentiality and you are a constructive, positive communicator who is capable of building rapport and confidence across a wide range of stakeholders.
