Salary: £50K - £60K (Depending on work experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven director of business development to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.

As a Director of Business Development, you'll identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships within the education sector in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Business Expansion:
This may involve prospecting for new clients, attending industry events, and networking with relevant organisations and clients.
Partnership Development:
Collaborate with educational institutions, professional organisations, and other industry partners to develop strategic partnerships and referral networks. This can help generate leads and increase the ZSOS visibility within the market.
This may involve creating promotional materials, attending conferences and trade shows, and leveraging digital marketing channels.
Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and offering training and professional development opportunities.
Contract Negotiation:
Track performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts. Prepare regular reports for senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including those related to recruitment practices, data protection, and employment law.
Bachelor degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in student recruitment and business development in higher education.
Ability to travel different locations.
