We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for learning and development who is familiar with the following, or who is a quick learner and hungry for a challenge:
Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and L&D best practices Familiarity with LXP’s, LMS’s, UX, and MySU
Creativity and innovation in designing interactive learning content
Strong relationship-building, networking, and collaboration abilities
Understanding of regional training needs, cultural nuances, and our Suntory Values
Exposure to a wide range of L&D projects and initiatives, allowing you to broaden your experience and expertise
Collaboration with a talented and passionate global team of L&D professionals who will support and mentor you throughout your journey
