Service Sales Administrator WB Power Services are currently recruiting for a Service Sales Administrator to work in our busy head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK. The Role

  • Handle inbound phone calls alongside the sales team.
  • Raise job orders and invoices, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Prepare and send renewal quotations, confirm receipt with customers, and follow up.
  • Input quoted incoming jobs into the quality system.
  • Collate and review contract renewals monthly and assist Sales Directors as needed.
  • Preparing and sending out detailed quotations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Enter incoming jobs into the Protean system within 24 working hours.
  • Manage boardroom bookings and calendar entries.
  • Processing customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Working to WB Power Services Ltd Procedures and using our own bespoke systems.
The Person
  • Administrative experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Ability to manager multiple task and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service sales or sales-related admin roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English Language and Literature.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, Words, Excel etc.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
  • The capability to deal with variety of works.
