Our ethos revolves around integrity, professionalism, and a supportive work environment. As a Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our new starter's success. The Role

  • Send induction emails to new starters.
  • Ensure uniform and any PPE are ordered as soon as possible.
  • Ordering all equipment (phones, laptops, etc) once signed off.
  • Confidentially collect new starter details including payroll documents.
  • Sending all policy and procedural information (employee handbook) to new starters.
  • Carry out right-to-work checks for applicants.
  • Deliver day one inductions to all UK sites.
  • Deliver presentations to both small and large groups of new starters.
  • Complete reference checks.
  • Support HR, Training and Recruitment as required.
  • Assist new starters throughout their online training.
The Person
  • Administration experience required.
  • Be able to commute for day one inductions across the UK.
  • Able to organise their own workload.
  • HR or Recruitment administration is desirable.
  • Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and tenacious in approach to work
  • Comfortable in delivering presentations to large groups.
