Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and a background in the medical industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting the companies sales efforts while contributing to the growth of the organisation. You will be an integral part of the sales team, providing comprehensive administrative support to drive sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Your knowledge of the medical industry will be invaluable in understanding customer requirements, navigating medical regulations, and facilitating successful sales transactions. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in the use of SAP 4HANA, and
- Experience in medical equipment sales
- Knowledge of manufacturing business or gas industries
- Experience with a CRM system
- Organised and structured in your day-to-day work
- Accuracy at record keeping
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, able to build a rapport with customers (both written and oral)
- Listening skills - to understand exactly what customers require
- Be able to build strong working relationships. Internal/External
- Be adaptable and be able to take initiative
- Behave in a calm professional and responsible manner
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Excellent working knowledge of the business

**The finer elements of the role**:

- Processing Sales orders
- Supporting Customers to resolve queries
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Processing customer card payments
- Provide account status updates to customers. e.g credit limited / on stop / orders delayed etc
- General customer administration and filing.
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Developing new leads and liaising with the sales team
- Support to sales account managers
- Booking new customer visits
- Maintaining and updating CRM system
- Sharing research activity on existing and new markets with sales team / account managers to convert to sales
- Creating and maintaining customer database
Communication with other UK departments and commercial team to ensure customer needs are met
Producing Monthly sales KPI’s report
Supporting Marketing with social media content ideas
