Onboarding Coordinator

As a Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our new starter's success.

The Role

* Send induction emails to new starters.

* Ensure uniform and any PPE are ordered as soon as possible.

* Ordering all equipment (phones, laptops, etc) once signed off.

* Confidentially collect new starter details including payroll documents.

* Sending all policy and procedural information (employee handbook) to new starters.

* Carry out right-to-work checks for applicants.

* Deliver day one inductions to all UK sites.

* Deliver presentations to both small and large groups of new starters.

* Complete reference checks.

* Support HR, Training and Recruitment as required.

* Assist new starters throughout their online training.

The Person

* Administration experience required.

* Be able to commute for day one inductions across the UK.

* Able to organise their own workload.

* HR or Recruitment administration is desirable.

* Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.

* Competent in Microsoft applications.

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

* Resilient and tenacious in approach to work

* Comfortable in delivering presentations to large groups.
