Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager (SaaS) £28,000 to £32,000 + Uncapped Bonus Office Based Monday to Friday - Between 8am and 8pm - Ability to chose own 8 hour shift within these times. We are recruiting for a start-up business based in Altrincham, you will be joining a brand new sales team who will be supporting the growth of the business and customer base. We are looking for ambitious sales professionals to help shape the future of the sales team. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations of the system to highlight the value to the customer.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Working towards targets and KPI's
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- 360 sales experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
