Internal Business Development Manager

Alcedo Selection Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for building sales spend into new business channels and developing project spend with existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales and profit targets.
  2. Produce business intelligence reports to inform sales decisions and identify new market opportunities.
  3. Utilize system software to manage customer contact details and quote for new business.
  4. Identify and develop customer relationships to secure long-term commitment and increase market share.
  5. Work with the sales and inventory team to introduce new products and promote them to the market.
Requirements

Ideally, you will have experience of achieving sales and gross profit targets in a B2B sales environment. Knowledge of sign and display, industrial, or commercial plastic applications is beneficial, but not essential. Any experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.

As a successful Internal Business Development Manager, you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
