Business Development Manager

Alcedo Selection Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for building sales spend into new business channels and developing project spend with existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales and profit targets.
- Produce business intelligence reports to inform sales decisions and identify new market opportunities.
- Utilize system software to manage customer contact details and quote for new business.
- Identify and develop customer relationships to secure long-term commitment and increase market share.
- Work with the sales and inventory team to introduce new products and promote them to the market.
Ideally, you will have experience of achieving sales and gross profit targets in a B2B sales environment. Knowledge of sign and display, industrial, or commercial plastic applications is beneficial, but not essential. Any experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.
As a successful Internal Business Development Manager, you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
