Job Description

As the Supplier & Commercial Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing our supply chain and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring pricing accuracy, identifying opportunities for synergies, and maintaining compliance standards. With your keen attention to detail and expertise in commercial management, you'll help drive our contract's success and uphold ISS's reputation for operational excellence. Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the Operations Team in reviewing quotes and challenging suppliers where necessary
  2. Conduct regular supplier meetings to work through operational challenges
  3. Demonstrate value to the client in commercially reviewing contracts, schedule of rates, and quoted works
  4. Build strong and cooperative relationships with all the key stakeholders and suppliers
  5. Liaise with operational and finance team to resolve any commercial queries on a daily basis
  6. Work with the Senior Management Team to prepare pricing of new opportunities
  7. Review and improve commercial and pricing models to make sure they are optimized and fit for purpose

Knowledge of Facilities Management

Experience in supplier and/or commercial management

Proactive, flexible, and willing attitude

Team player

Excellent communication skills at all levels, in particular with customers and staff
