Procurement Data Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for a Procurement Data Analyst to join the UK Category Management Organisation within the Procurement & Commercial Function of the Electronics Division. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather, understand and report forecast data to enable sourcing and contract activities.
Establish and develop Power BI reports.
Develop, manage and report Procurement key performance indicators.
Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations for category strategies and business reviews.
Collate and analyse spend and performance related data. Gather, analyse and report supply risk data in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as point of contact for Procurement reporting, supporting data requests from the Procurement team.
Knowledge of d esign and build quality datasets that enable stakeholders to make decisions, provide business recommendations and solutions.
Provide supplier and market intelligence information and analysis to enable effective long-term decision-making and manage risk.
Set up and maintain automated data processes.
Identify, evaluate and implement solutions to support large volume data validation and cleansing.
Monitor and audit data quality.
Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data.
Focus on leading indicators and improving the function through effective analysis and reporting.
Active participation in cross business working to support development of data management processes and process policies.
Good knowledge in analytics and reporting covering complex range of sub disciplines including – process, performance and supplier risk management.
MS Office proficient, with expert level in MS Excel and Power BI.
Methodical and diligent with good planning abilities.
An understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement principles, techniques and practices
