The Role

Addepar is looking for a Sr. Procurement Analyst responsible for supporting the Addepar R&D organisation purchasing. In this role you will be responsible for guiding business partners through the purchasing process and facilitating vendor conversations as well as continuous operational improvements to help scale our growing business. The ideal candidate will have outstanding analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment, and bring a solutions oriented approach to all problems they encounter.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead supplier relationships including conflict resolution and business reviews to drive the delivery of high-quality goods and services
  • Responsible all aspects of the procurement process including renewals / sourcing requirements gathering, drafting proposals, negotiating with vendors, awarding contracts and supervising contract progress.
  • Build and manage internal customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Handle procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
  • Identify and support opportunities that may reduce complexity, drive scalability, drive cost reduction and align with objectives of the R&D organisation
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years procurement experience.
  • Preferred experience in financial services, FinTech, cloud infrastructure, SaaS.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management and vendor evaluation skills.
  • Capable of building positive relationships with internal business partners and working with all levels in a collaborative, team-oriented manner.
  • Experience in Coupa or related procurement technology.
  • Demonstrates skills to organise data and exercise effective problem solving.
