Make a difference every day as a Workforce Development Officer in Bridgend County Borough Council.

This post supports the development of staff working in BCBC and the independent sector's direct care services. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners both internally and externally to ensure workforce development is delivering responsively to support the achievement of positive outcomes for individuals and carers who access care and support. Adult Social Care works to a strengths-based, outcomes focussed model of care approach in supporting people who receive services.

If you have experience of working with or in direct care services, planning, delivery, and monitoring of training in social care we would like to hear from you. You will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills, a high level of self-organisation, able to manage and prioritise multi-site training needs.
