As E-commerce Finance Manager - Distribution you will partner with Operations for our online businesses in the UK and Mainland Europe and be responsible for the related financial processes and long-range planning.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for our E-commerce fulfilment operations.
  • Responsible for approving Capital Expenditure and for the Capex Budget
  • Present to Finance and Operations senior management.
  • Accountable for team deliverables including management information packs, reporting, budget and forecast process, and P&L cost line ownership.
  • Responsible for talent development of direct reports.
  • Work with Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to support the growth of the TJX E-commerce business.
  • Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost to the business.
  • Ad hoc project and analysis work

Business partnering:

  • Be an independent, credible, and challenging finance business partner to support the delivery of business goals.
  • Key business partner for Operations and 3rd party fulfilment partners
  • Key business partner for Distribution Finance
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to business partners.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong and open relationships within Finance.
