Support the management team with HR advice, policy implementation, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Assist in delivering key HR initiatives aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Proven experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Generalist role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
CIPD Level 3 or above qualified.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
