We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help us drive engagement with our users.

Invision360 develop software to ensure positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, through digital solutions. As the Senior Business Develoement Manager for Invision360, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen understanding of the local government landscape. Your primary focus will be on fostering long-term partnerships, spearheading business development initiatives, and ensuring that the sales and business development function at Invision360 is operating at a high level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for a market-leading SaaS company serving local authorities. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of local authorities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within local authorities.
Business Development:
Drive outbound sales efforts to prospect, engage, and convert new clients, leveraging a mix of cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Identify partnership opportunities, strategic alliances, and channels for expanding the company's reach within the local government sector.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics impacting the local government sector.
Utilise market insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired (but not essential)
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on selling to local government entities.
Strong understanding of the local government procurement process, compliance requirements, and budgeting cycles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at executive levels.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
