Business Development Manager - Underfloor Heating

Reporting To: Strategic Development Manager
The opportunity has arisen to join Compact Underfloor Heating, we are specialists in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of underfloor heating solutions for commercial and residential applications.
With over 16 years’ experience in delivering large scale projects within the UK and Ireland, Compact Underfloor Heating is an industry leader in the design and development of hydronic and electric underfloor heating and provider of tailored floor build up solutions.

| Working Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-3pm
| As an Underfloor Heat Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the underfloor heating sector, specifically targeting trade customers such as distributors and contractors. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the underfloor heating market share in both trade sales and commercial installations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, including contractors, builders, mechanical contractors and distributors.
Oversee trade sales design ensuring quality control.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to trade & commercial customers to support their decision-making process.
Set sales targets in alignment with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Provide training and support to trade customers on product features, benefits, and installation best practices.
Strong understanding of trade sales channels and distribution networks.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with trade customers and attend industry events.
