You will collaborate with bid teams to craft intricate win strategies, ensuring alignment with our segment sales strategy for target clients. Your expertise will be integral in driving profitable growth through business development, retention, cross-selling, and exploring new market opportunities. Additionally, you will establish and execute business development plans, focusing on Quality of Life (QoL) services with an increased emphasis on Facilities Management (FM).
If you are a strategic visionary with a proven record of success in complex bid management and business development, and thrive in a leadership role that requires innovative thinking and the ability to drive profitable growth, we would love to hear from you. Play a pivotal role in advising the segment on profitable growth opportunities, utilizing your expertise to foster business retention, cross-selling, and market exploration.
# Establish and execute business development plans, particularly focusing on expanding our QoL services, especially in the realm of Facilities Management.
# Play a key role in Food Transformation for the region.

Proven success in leading complex bid management and driving business development efforts.
In-depth understanding of facilities management, both hard and soft services, within a matrix organizational structure.
Ideally have exposure to the food industry due to the exciting transformation of our food offering.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
Proficient in commercial negotiations and a strategic thinker with innovative solutions.
