Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to secure an ongoing locum contract for within a community rehabilitation team in Surrey.

The role involves Complex case management, discharge planning, AV/HV, supervision of junior staff, multi-disciplinary team working, shared leadership - clinical exemplar, operational leadership. orthopaedic, medical and community experience.

The role involves complex moving and handling and community rehab experience

You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants.

To provide a high quality, evidence-based community occupational therapy service.
To follow up with discharges from the hospital.
