Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks. Ensure the sales counter and store are clean, organized, and well-presented, with products displayed attractively. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently and courteously. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Experience Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer service role, preferably within the plumbing or construction industry. Basic understanding of plumbing products and tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.
