Trade Counter Sales Professional

Adecco is seeking a skilled Trade Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our client's door hardware brands, selling spares to architectural ironmongers and end users, and occasionally covering the trade counters office for holiday periods. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining long-term, consultative relationships with customers, identifying opportunities, and promoting new products. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with product trends, technical specifications, and changes in legislation, as well as communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a business-to-business sales role, promoting technical products in the construction or facilities industry. You will also need to have strong self-management and prioritization skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a full UK manual driver's license with no more than three penalty points.
