We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Property Manager role in a London-based dynamic and rapidly expanding agency that provides a comprehensive suite of services for investors, encompassing Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Renovation, etc. They areseeking a motivated and diligent individual to join their expanding team,located at their Central London office.
Having some background in office settings and showcasing outstanding customer service abilities is desirable.
Proficiency in professional English and Mandarin, along with robust customer service and administrative competencies, is required for this role.
Having experience in a real estate agency would be preferable, not mandatory.
Serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants across a portfolio of London properties.
Managing and processing insurance claims as needed, coordinating with loss adjusters, and arranging necessary estimates for successful claims resolution.
Conducting property inspections within the portfolio, providing detailed reports to landlords, and addressing any identified issues.
Ensuring prompt processing of service charge and ground rent invoices upon receipt, and allocating funds as required.
Pursuing rent arrears and serving legal notices when necessary.
