If yes, we might have a perfect role for you Here at GXO Logistics we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our drinks site in Derby, DE21. You will be managing the full end to end order process for a number of significant drinks brands in the UK. This is a full time, permanent position, working predominantly Monday to Friday between the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 with a couple of rest days Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,625.08 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Ownership of customer reports Query management Supporting Customer Service Manager What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous customer service experience along with a friendly, calm and resilient manner Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and telephone communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar Good MS Excel skills and systems ability We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
