As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for calendar scheduling, email communications, CRM management, and providing administrative support as needed. Our VP sales needs assistance in follow-ups and moving sales along the pipeline. He needs to be doing demos, not dealing with emails and administration.

Manage the VP of Sales' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management
Experience working within a sales team and understanding of sales processes
Experience in managing CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive (or similar such as Salesforce)
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organizational skills
