Your Role

As anSenior HR Systems and Reporting Manager your day today remit includes

  • Systems:
    • Play a key role in the strategic thinking and direction of theFirms HR Systems and their interaction with other key TLT systemsincluding data flow processes between HR systems and wider TLTsystems.
    • Work with internal project teams, IT, Change Teamand the Transformation Partner, where applicable to input andcontribute expertise into any wider TLT system and data flow projectsand developments that involve HR systems in support of widerorganisational business needs.
    • Be accountable for ensuringthe effective management and support of all HR and Payroll Systemadministration matters to ensure an effective and functional provisionfor the wider HR Team and internal stakeholders. Including, but notlimited to, iTrent (HR/Payroll), Harbour (Recruitment), TLT Peoplethrough Cornerstone (Supervision/LMS/Appraisals and performancemanagement), the Exit Interview service and any relevant Facilitiessystems which also fall within the HR remit.
    • This includesthe facilitation and overseeing implementation of all quarterly andad-hoc systems upgrades for the HR systems, including appropriate userand people manager testing in all system environments (live, dev,test), appropriate scheduling with software providers and liaison withkey stakeholders in HR, IT, Knowledge Management, payroll and otherimpacted teams.
    • Work to identify, design and project managepotential enhancements into HRs existing system provision to meet HRand wider organisational business needs, including but not limited to:
      • New or replacement HR and Facilities systems or software whenneeded
      • Functional enhancements or upgrades to existingsystems
      • Incorporation of new available technology
      • Increased automation wherever viable
      • Support for HRprocess improvements and workflows to maximise efficiencies
      • Self service capabilities
  • Develop and nurture effective working relationships with keyinternal stakeholders both within and outside of HR. Whereappropriate, use interpersonal skills to influence and challenge widersystems related decision making and strategic focus.
  • Managethe iTrent contract and MidlandHR relationship and those of other HRsystems where required.
  • Ensure appropriate support is inplace for HR colleagues and other users in their use of the systemincluding ensuring the provision of support with training and coachingof new members of the wider team where needed and availability of userguides and protocols where needed.
  • Keep abreast of widertechnological developments, such as AI and to consider their strategicpotential within the HR system offering.
  • Attend HRIS forummeetings and use networks to further identify opportunities forenhancements and developments in own field.
  • Data,Reporting & Analysis
    • Lead on the on-goingdevelopment and production of a people management informationapproach, measuring service interventions and impact on businessresults
    • Through the data analyst and in conjunction withother senior members of the HR team where appropriate, work to ensure:
      • the design, development and production of regular HRdashboards and/or KPIs across the HR function to support the HRLeadership and Business Partner teams and to inform decision makingboth within HR and across the wider organisation at senior levels.
      • the effective provision of bespoke/ad-hoc reports,statistics and analyses, including data interpretation whereappropriate, for HR and the wider business in response to businessrequirements ensuring the design report content and formats meetstated requirements
