Job Description Customer Success Manager (German Speaker) - Pre IPO Unicorn SaaS Scale Up

#80K Base + 25% Bonus (OTE = £100K+)

You will be joining an established Software business that has just kicked off a major growth phase after recent funding. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a German portfolio of customers, helping to reach full utilisation of the SaaS platform and offerings.
Responsible for managing a small team of Implementation Analysts (also German speaking), where you will be involved in early phases of the customer onboarding process and completing feature implementation projects.
Tasked with driving opportunity for expansion and growth within your existing customers, highlighting opportunities for the wider sales division.
3+ years’ experience of Customer Success experience, working within the SaaS industry.
~ Strong German speaking proficiency.
~ Strong customer engagement skills, building rapport and effective communication, providing first class service delivery to all customers.
