**Job Role**
- Liaise and build strong relationships with customers to determine their priorities and ensure successful onboarding
- Identify customer pain points
- Push back and manage expectations where required
- Upsell to renew annual contracts
- Manage projects and processes and identify internal teams to collaborate with
- Identify how we are progressing against our roadmap
- Schedule meetings and run engagements
- Share knowledge and recommend best practice in customer success
- 2+ years direct customer success experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record of renewing clients
- A passion for virtual reality and/or learning experiences
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organisation skills
- A results orientated mindset
- Available within two weeks
- Happy to be based in the London office 4 days a week
