Customer Success Manager

- Managing the end to end relationship with our existing clients
- Create, adapt and optimise all Customer Success processes
- Fully own and report on all Customer Success KPIs across all channels (CSAT, SLAs, first time resolution rate)
- Work with engineering to help shape the product offering in response to our customers' needs and strategic plans
- Working with clients to ensure the retention and growth of customer accounts with regular account reviews (usage, adoption, budget)
- Coordinate with the marketing team and deliver B2B marketing campaigns
- Working with product to produce client reports
- Identifying and assisting the development of new product features
- Manage all operations tools i.e. intercom vendor management
- Outreach and onboarding of new clients, helping with sales pitches i.e. conducting demos and walk-throughs of the app and our services to clients
- Managing the day to day employee queries via Intercom and Aircall
- Working closely with the vetting team to ensure we have top quality supply in place to service our clients (location, skills, availability)
- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or projects experience in a similar field
- Experience in pitching and presenting to clients
- Team player who sees the importance of proactivity and collaborative
- Problem solving ability and a customer focused mindset
- Passionate about start ups and the agile nature of it
- Remote working
