The Role:

The Sales Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and expand market presence. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of sales strategies and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Sales strategy and execution:

  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate partnership opportunities into the overall sales strategy.
  • Drive sales through partners by developing joint business plans, setting targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize sales efforts and ensure target achievement.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and align on future initiatives.
  • Provide partners with the necessary training, support, and resources to maximize their effectiveness.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and new opportunities for partnerships.
  • Analyze partnership performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve partnership effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends ad best practices in sales partnership management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated partner initiatives.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges or roadblocks in partnership projects.
